Automotive paint repair is not simply a matter of adding colour to a surface. It is an advanced craft that requires chemically compatible layers, dust-free isolation and thickness control down to the micron. Poor work that shows a colour difference next to the adjacent panel in sunlight, peels over time or leaves an orange-peel texture directly reduces a car’s value. Zero Colour Difference with a Digital Spectrophotometer

Metallic, pearlescent and matt colours are matched precisely using measurable parameters:

• Optical colour analysis: We do not rely on the factory colour code alone. A digital spectrophotometer measures how much the paint has faded in the sun and the density of its metallic flakes. The paint formula is then mixed in computer-controlled mixers to the milligram.
• Positive-pressure, dust-free spray booth: Primer, base coat and clear coat are applied in filtered booths with controlled air circulation that keep outside dust out. No sanding marks or burrs are left on the surface.
• Thermal curing at 60°C: After painting, parts are cured at a constant 60°C. The clear coat reaches factory hardness and becomes highly resistant to acid rain, sun damage and chemical wear.
• Factory paint thickness: Instead of heavy filler, thin layers are applied once the panel shape has been corrected, so paint thickness gauge readings stay as close as possible to factory values.
